Central NY sex offender admits sexually abusing girl over seven years

Baldwinsville, N.Y. — A Baldwinsville man has admitted he sexually exploited a girl over seven years and sent images of the abuse to another person.
Kenneth Koegel, 40, admitted in court that from 2014 until October 2022 he sexually abused a girl from the time she was about 2 years old until she was 9 years old, federal prosecutors said in a news release Tuesday.
